Founder

Dear reader,

I came to this workthe long way.

Through years of seeking, unseeking, and finally arriving at something quieter and more true than the seeking had been.

My practice is built from breath, somatic awareness, and the patient traditions that have always known how to hold a person through change. If something in you is asking for a slower, more grounded way of living, I'd love to meet you there.
