Held with care, and only ever yours.

What you share with us belongs to you. This page explains, plainly, what we collect, what we do with it, and how to ask for it back. No legalese, no buried clauses.

The short version.

Ancient Wisdom Wellness is a small, independent coaching practice. We collect only what we need to write back to you, hold your work with care, and never sell or rent your information to anyone. If at any point you would like a copy of what we hold, or want it gone, just write to us and we will take care of it within seven days.

What we collect.

We only collect information you choose to share with us through the website or in conversation:

  • Your name and email address, when you write through the contact form, take the questionnaire, or book a consultation.
  • Your answers to the questionnaire, your reflections about your life, in your own words.
  • Anything you share in session notes or by direct email correspondence.

We do not collect demographic information, location data, or device fingerprints. We do not run advertising tracking or behavioral analytics on this website.

How we use it.

Your information is used for one thing: holding our conversation with you well. That means:

  • Reading what you have shared and writing back personally.
  • Preparing for and following up after our sessions together.
  • Sending appointment reminders or scheduling notes you have asked for.

Your information is never used to send marketing emails you did not request, and you will not be added to any list unless you ask to be.

Who has access.

Katie is the only person who reads what you write to her. Your information is not shared with assistants, contractors, advertising networks, or any third party, with two narrow technical exceptions:

  • Form delivery (Web3Forms): when you submit the contact form or quiz, your message is routed through Web3Forms to Katie's inbox. Web3Forms stores submissions only briefly for delivery and has its own privacy policy.
  • Email hosting: your messages live in Katie's email inbox, which is hosted by her email provider. Standard email-provider protections apply.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your information for any commercial purpose. Ever.

How long we keep it.

Quiz and contact-form submissions are kept in Katie's email for as long as the conversation is active, and archived afterward in case you return. If you would prefer that we delete everything, write to us at hello@ancientwisdomwellness.com and we will erase your records within seven days.

Cookies and tracking.

This website uses no advertising cookies, no analytics trackers, and no third-party tracking scripts. The only data the site itself stores are the standard, technical cookies a modern web framework needs to function (for example, remembering whether the mobile menu is open). Nothing about you is sent to a third party in the background.

Your rights.

Wherever you live, you have the right to:

  • Ask what information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete your information entirely.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, simply email hello@ancientwisdomwellness.com. There is no form to fill out. Katie will respond personally.

Children.

Coaching services are offered to adults, and this website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through the site, please contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy.

If we ever update this policy meaningfully, we will note the change at the top of this page. The 'last updated' date will always reflect the most recent revision.

Getting in touch.

Questions about this policy, or about anything related to your information, can be sent to hello@ancientwisdomwellness.com. Katie reads each one personally and will reply within two business days.

A final note

This policy is written in plain language on purpose. If anything in it is unclear, please write to us, and we will do our best to clarify.
