A few waysinto the practice.

Common Questions

Before we begin.

How do I know which is right for me?

Most people begin with a free 30-minute conversation. We talk through what you are carrying, what you are hoping for, and which shape fits your life. There is no wrong door.

Do you work virtually or in person?

Both. Many clients work entirely over video. In-person sessions are available by arrangement. Seasonal intensives include one in-person retreat.

How long do people usually stay?

There is no fixed length. Some people walk for a season; others stay for years. The shape of the work changes as you do.

Is this therapy?

No. As a trauma-informed coach, I'm trained to understand where coaching ends and clinical work begins, and I hold safety as the foundation of everything. Coaching and therapy serve different purposes. And if something arising in our work would be better supported by a licensed professional, I'll tell you, and help you find the right one.
